Availability & Requests

To request a reservation, please see instructions below.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL MARIA WELCH HAS APPROVED THE REQUEST.

Reservation Process:

  1. Confirm that the dates you plan to request are not already booked on the calendar above.
     

  2. Submit your request by 1 of 2 ways:

    • Reaching out to a Welch family member with the dates you'd like to request & how many guests will be staying at the cabin. (Family: Maria, Phillip, Shawn, Jeana, Rebecca, or Casey)

    • Or by directly emailing your request ​to Maria Welch with your dates & guest info to TheWelchCabin@gmail.com
       

  3. Your request will be submitted to Maria Welch for review. 
     

  4. Someone from the Welch family will notify you shortly afterwards if your request was approved. If you have not heard back, please email Maria Welch to inquire. 
     

  5. If your request was approved, you then need to create an account on this site. Instructions to do this can be found here or on the FAQ page. Once your account has been approved, you can log in and have access to the "Guest Info" page located in your account submenu. This page has all the instructions you need in order to access the property during your stay. You will also have access to the forum where previous guests share updates, status of food and supplies, & other helpful info you may need to know before your visit.
